Local Deliveries (Kitchener-Waterloo Region)

We offer fast delivery in the KW region, with standard deliveries occurring on Mondays and Fridays.

We also offer Express Delivery exclusively for the KW region:

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the following business day.

• Express deliveries are not made on Saturdays (e.g., an order placed Friday after 12:00 PM EST will arrive the following Monday or next business day).

Domestic Shipping

We offer Standard Free Delivery on domestic orders. These orders will typically ship within 2 to 8 days of receiving credit card or financing authorization.

International Shipments

International orders are shipped via USPS, Asendia, or APC Postal Logistic. Delivery estimates vary by country, typically taking 4 to 8 business days. Please note that any arrival times listed on our website are specific to US shipping addresses.

Your local customs office may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes on your international order. The recipient is fully responsible for paying these extra clearance charges, and your carrier or customs office will contact you directly to arrange payment.

Shipment Liability

Customers are responsible for all items once they leave our store. While we insure all packages for their full value and will help you file a claim for lost items, we are not responsible if UPS Capital or the shipping provider rejects the claim. The claims process takes 2 to 6 weeks, and we will replace your lost item once the claim is approved.
