General Return Rules
You have three days from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit for your purchase. While all sales are strictly final, we may occasionally approve refunds to your original payment method, which will automatically incur a 20% restocking fee. Approved store credit is issued as a gift card for the item's cost, excluding any shipping, handling, and insurance fees.

How to Start a Return
To initiate the return process, you must email consumerservice.alchemy@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It is strictly required to have this RMA number before shipping anything back to us. We will not be held liable for any lost jewelry or packages sent back without prior authorization.

Conditions and Exceptions
Returned items must be entirely free from scratches, alterations, or signs of wear to avoid a 20% restocking fee on your refund or credit. Special orders, including engraved items, custom ring sizes, and custom chains, automatically incur this 20% fee regardless of their condition. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and refused deliveries are subject to a $29.95 deduction.

Defects and 30-Day Guarantee
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Under our 30-day guarantee, we provide complimentary repairs for unintentional product damage, where we fix the item and ship it back. You must initially cover the return shipping costs for these repairs, but we will reimburse your shipping fees as a gift card once received.

Processing Times
Please allow 7 to 12 business days for your store credit to be processed once we receive and authenticate the returned item. Approved cash refunds to your original payment method will process within 10 business days. For exchanges, we recommend returning your original item and making a separate purchase, and please contact us if any approved refund takes longer than 15 business days.
